Southwest Hearing Aid Center, Worthington, MN, has a new name: Southwest Hearing Technologies Incorporated. Glad Henning, NBC-HIS Certified Hearing Aid Specialist, began celebrating her retirement on January 1st, 2014. Henning’s nephew-in-law, Nicholas Raymo, Certified Hearing Instrument Dispenser, and the staff of Southwest Hearing Technologies Incorporated, will continue to provide the latest in hearing technology services and products.
“I would not have had this opportunity to work with hearing issues if it hadn’t been for Glad. She got me interested and as I worked with our customers, I realized how much I enjoy working in the industry,” Raymo stated.
Services provided by Southwest Hearing Technologies Incorporated include the latest in hearing technology, sales and service, repairs and batteries. They are also offering a new line of hearing protection products.
“We will be able to provide hearing protection for industrial workers and hunters and others who are in need of those products,” Raymo stated. “There are so many great products that can help with hearing problems, and there are great products to provide hearing protection. Our staff can help our customers find what works best for them.” Southwest Hearing Technologies staff care about what their customers hear, and have recently purchased a new audiometer. Staff can test to find out what a client is hearing and what they are missing out on hearing. They will recommend the correct devices to help improve the quality of hearing.
